Relationship Manager (Thai Speaker)

About the role

A global financial services and trading organization, offering access to equities, commodities and foreign exchange, is hiring a Relationship Manager in Yerevan through its recruiter Avomind. Reporting to the Team Lead or Senior Relationship Manager, the role focuses on onboarding new clients and growing their accounts through a value-based approach, within a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal and team KPI targets.
• Activate, retain and grow the customer portfolio through personalized voice and social media engagement.
• Research and identify new prospects and assess customer potential.
• Prepare and run sales activities using available tools, reports and business insights, and recommend suitable solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and complaints, and give feedback on customer needs and challenges.
• Keep up with financial markets, economic indicators, central bank decisions and geopolitical developments, and turn complex information into clear client insights.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports and comply with all compliance, regulatory and security requirements.

Required profile

• Native Thai speaker fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Experience in a sales role within a CFD broker or financial trading environment; experience managing a sales team is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of forex trading, currency pairs and market-moving factors.
• Ability to analyze financial markets, economic indicators and macroeconomic trends.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and licensing requirements of the industry.
