Online Sales Manager - Children's Digital Courses (Remote)

About the role

Kodland is an international online school where children and teens learn digital skills. It is looking for an Online Sales Manager for its children's courses, working remotely with warm leads only.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute online demo lessons for children aged 5-17 and their parents.
• Present the learning format and help families choose the right course.
• Convert interest into enrollments by building trust, handling objections and motivating students to start.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, ideally with sales or educational consulting experience.
• Advanced English, speaking confidently with parents and students.
• Ability to work via Zoom or Google Meet in the afternoon/evening (from 14:00 UK time), including one weekend day of your choice, about 25 hours per week.
• Reliable home setup: PC with 8 GB RAM or more, webcam, headset and stable internet.
