Research Scientist – New College Grad 2025

About the role

NVIDIA is building the next generation of Conversational AI systems. As a Research Scientist for new college graduates in 2025, you will advance language models for code and mathematics reasoning and help accelerate large‑scale model training on our GPU cloud.

Key responsibilities

• Develop novel deep‑learning models for code and mathematics reasoning.
• Design and implement large‑scale training algorithms.
• Open‑source models using the NeMo conversational AI framework.
• Mentor interns and collaborate with university research teams.
• Publish research papers at top AI conferences.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a focus on Deep Learning.
• At least 2 years of research experience in deep‑learning theory and applications.
• Strong publication record in leading AI venues.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• PyTorch deep‑learning library.
• Experience with large‑scale model training.
