About the role
NVIDIA is seeking a research scientist to join its applied research team focused on next‑generation Conversational AI systems, including language models for code and mathematics reasoning.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new deep‑learning models for code and mathematics reasoning.
- Design large‑scale training algorithms for GPU cloud acceleration.
- Open‑source models using the NeMo conversational AI framework.
- Mentor interns and collaborate with university research teams.
- Publish research papers at top AI conferences.
Required profile
- PhD in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a focus on deep learning.
- At least 2 years of research experience in deep‑learning theory and applications.
- Strong publication record in deep learning.
- Excellent Python programming skills.
- Experience with PyTorch.
