Sales Development Representative – ERP Solutions

About the role

Softengine, a Premier SAP Business One and Acumatica Gold Partner, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to build the top‑of‑funnel pipeline for its Account Executives. You will focus on outbound prospecting and qualification across ERP solutions for verticals such as food & beverage, manufacturing, distribution, construction, and field service.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with assigned Account Executives to create account plans and territory maps for target accounts that match Softengine’s Ideal Customer Profile.
• Research and map target accounts, identifying key stakeholders (CFO, owners, Operations and IT leaders) and buying signals.
• Execute multi‑channel outbound campaigns – cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn/social outreach – to generate new pipeline.
• Qualify inbound leads and outbound responses against ICP criteria and hand them off with detailed notes.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data in the CRM and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign follow‑up, content offers, and lead‑scoring feedback.
• Stay current on ERP market trends, competitive landscape, and Softengine’s SAP Business One and Acumatica offerings.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales or business development experience in SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, or ERP.
• Proven track record of outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and meeting or exceeding quota.
• Comfortable with account planning, multi‑stakeholder research, and cold‑calling C‑suite decision‑makers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement/prospecting tools.
• Fluency in using AI tools and technologies in daily work.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One and Acumatica ERP solutions.
