Senior Affiliate Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to lead affiliate programmes for iGaming operator clients across Tier 1 markets such as the UK, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Canada and Australia. This high‑ownership position sits within the PartnerMatrix Managed Services team and requires deep industry knowledge, strong affiliate relationships and the ability to work independently in regulated environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage affiliate programmes for multiple iGaming operators from day one, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Define and execute affiliate strategies, including GEO targeting, payout models and traffic mix goals.
• Recruit, onboard and nurture high‑quality affiliates, negotiate CPA, RevShare and hybrid deals.
• Ensure compliance by completing KYC/AML onboarding, monitoring traffic quality and flagging fraud signals.
• Coordinate payment reconciliation with finance, maintain ticketing SLA and document all affiliate contracts in the CRM.
• Provide regular performance reviews and reporting to demonstrate NGR impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing affiliate programmes in the iGaming sector.
• Strong network of affiliates and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Excellent understanding of regulated markets and compliance requirements.
• Self‑motivated, high‑ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently.
