Senior B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

42DM is seeking a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to own and coordinate full‑funnel marketing programs for technology clients. You will work directly with clients in cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, automation and enterprise software, translating strategy into multi‑channel campaigns that drive qualified conversations, SQL creation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi‑channel programs aligned with client revenue and pipeline goals.
• Own positioning and messaging: define value propositions, ICP‑specific frameworks and competitive narratives.
• Translate positioning into channel briefs for paid, organic, email, ABM and social.
• Audit CRM and funnel data to validate segments, identify bottlenecks and prioritize programs.
• Build structured roadmaps across inbound, paid, ABM, lifecycle and content channels.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end conversion paths: landing pages, forms, email nurture flows, retargeting and sales handoff.
• Manage execution of paid media (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), SEO, email marketing, ABM, CRO initiatives and ensure timeline, quality and resource allocation.
• Maintain an experiment backlog with hypotheses, priority, expected impact and learning.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in B2B technology marketing.
• Proven ability to lead client‑facing, strategy‑and‑execution projects.
• Strong analytical mindset for performance analysis and hypothesis‑driven optimization.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination and communication skills.
