Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Buymie is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform data from customers, shoppers, orders, deliveries, and product performance into actionable insights. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business and operational sources.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor key KPIs, identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Customer Support, Engineering, and Management teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analyses.
• Support the development of data models, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working independently within an Agile, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• SQL and relational database expertise.
• Data visualization and BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Python (or another programming language) for data analysis.
