Senior Full-Stack Developer (React / Node.js) AI-First

About the role

We are seeking a senior full‑stack developer to own features from concept to production in a small, high‑impact team. You will work on React front‑ends and Node.js back‑ends, deploying services with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, while leveraging AI coding agents as the primary way to generate UI code.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship end‑to‑end full‑stack features using React (with hooks, state management and TypeScript) and Node.js services.
• Generate front‑end UI from designs, specs or screenshots using AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) and integrate the output into the codebase.
• Define and maintain AI workflow files, component conventions and prompt patterns to ensure consistent AI‑generated code.
• Containerize applications with Docker, deploy and operate them on Kubernetes clusters in AWS.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging for the services you own.
• Review both human‑written and AI‑generated code, collaborating closely with product and management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 3 years delivering production‑ready React front‑ends and Node.js back‑ends for the same features.
• Strong expertise in React (hooks, TypeScript) and Node.js (API design, async patterns, authentication, testing).
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS in a production environment.
• Daily use of AI coding agents to build React UI and ability to demonstrate AI‑generated screens.
• Understanding of how to provide proper context to AI tools and how to catch common AI pitfalls such as state bugs or accessibility issues.
• Independent, clear communicator who can take a feature from idea to production.
