Senior Fullstack Developer (Python Backend Focused with React & AWS)

About the role

We are DIGIPAL, a software delivery agency building high‑performing product design and software development teams for clients across Europe and North America. We seek a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to develop reliable, scalable applications for international digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across backend and frontend layers.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Work with AWS services to build, deploy, and maintain cloud‑based solutions.
• Contribute to technical architecture and solution design discussions.
• Act as a technical point of contact, providing guidance and supporting future solution decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall product quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Python.
• Professional experience with Django and FastAPI.
• Solid frontend development skills with React and TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS and cloud‑based application development.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, APIs, and application architecture.
• Ability to contribute to technical discussions and support solution design.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
