Senior International Finance and Planning Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an analytical and strategically minded Senior International Finance and Planning Specialist to support our Group’s international expansion and cross‑border financial structuring initiatives. The role will involve researching foreign tax environments, coordinating entity establishment, ensuring compliance and optimizing financial structures in line with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse tax systems, corporate regulations and incorporation requirements in new jurisdictions.
• Identify and evaluate local tax, accounting and corporate service providers, including industry‑specific experts.
• Review external tax advice, prepare internal risk assessments and recommend action plans.
• Coordinate incorporation and structuring of foreign entities with local lawyers, accountants and consultants.
• Maintain internal accounting records for international entities and reconcile them with local reports; support external audits.
• Provide information to local consultants and ensure full compliance with corporate, accounting and tax obligations, including timely statutory reporting.
• Monitor transfer‑pricing compliance between group companies.
• Coordinate group restructuring and reorganisation processes across jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or related field (ACCA or similar qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international finance, tax or corporate structuring.
• Strong knowledge of international tax principles, corporate regulations and transfer‑pricing rules.
• Experience working with foreign consultants and managing cross‑border entity structures.
• Understanding of IFRS and international financial reporting principles.
• Excellent analytical, research and financial planning abilities.
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across jurisdictions and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong organisational, communication and negotiation skills.
