Senior Media Buyer (Remote)

About the role

Happy Mammoth is seeking an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead high‑budget paid media initiatives for its eCommerce portfolio. This fully remote contractor role focuses on driving strong return‑on‑ad‑spend (ROAS) and cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA) across key markets in the United States, Australia, and the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize large‑scale campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and additional platforms.
• Manage and scale eCommerce advertising efforts with a focus on ROAS and CPA performance.
• Write clear, strategic creative briefs that guide ad creative development.
• Design and test full‑funnel strategies, including upsell sequences, retargeting, and conversion‑focused journeys.
• Adapt targeting and creative approaches for Australia, the United States, and EU markets.
• Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and iterate for performance improvement.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and emerging channel opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ad budgets of $100K+.
• Hands‑on experience with eCommerce accounts, preferably in health or supplement categories.
• Demonstrated success driving consistent ROAS and CPA results.
• Strong understanding of targeting nuances for AU, US, and EU audiences.
• Creative thinker capable of writing compelling briefs.
• Experience building effective funnels and upsell sequences for physical products.
• Availability to work during EU business hours.
• Background in B2C marketing is preferred.
