Senior Product Manager, Core Platform (100% Remote, EMEA)

About the role

Hostaway is an AI-powered vacation rental management platform used by property managers worldwide. It is looking for a commercially minded, technically fluent and detail-obsessed Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of its core product domain: the part of the platform where users set prices, open or close dates, write stay rules and build listings. The role is fully remote, but the candidate must be physically based in EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap and execution across pricing, availability and listing content, with pricing and availability coming first.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data and the channel connection teams to build experiences property managers can trust.
• Take on build missions, using the company's AI tooling to move ideas from discovery and prototype to shipped product, with engineers beside you.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software, ideally for professional users who rely on the product all day.
• Experience owning a broad product area with multiple connected workflows, not just a single feature.
• Comfortable building with AI as part of the daily workflow, moving from idea to clickable or working prototype with AI coding tools.
• Nice to have: experience in travel, hospitality, vacation rentals or marketplaces, and work on pricing, rates, distribution, inventory, properties, rooms, vehicles or equipment.

Required skills

• Enough technical fluency to work confidently with engineers on APIs and integrations, without building them yourself.
• Ability to run continuous discovery as the default operating mode.
• Sound judgment on trade-offs and resilience to work through long-standing product problems.
