Senior Product Manager, Lab

About the role

Fundraise Up is looking for a senior individual‑contributor Product Manager to lead its Lab function. You will thrive in high‑ambiguity environments, driving discovery, experimentation, and early delivery alongside engineering and design teams. Your core mission is to build and validate high‑uncertainty bets and make evidence‑based decisions to scale, iterate, pivot, or kill projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a prioritized Lab portfolio/backlog with clear hypotheses, expected upside, effort, dependencies, and status.
• Identify the riskiest assumptions for each bet and design experiments with explicit kill criteria.
• Run fast experiments (spikes, prototypes, wizard‑of‑oz, pilots) and ship “just enough” product to learn without overbuilding.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to deliver pilots and instrument them to capture meaningful signals.
• Synthesize outcomes into crisp decisions (Scale / Iterate / Pivot / Kill) and prevent “zombie projects.”
• Create lightweight decision logs and learning summaries to keep leadership and GTM aligned.
• Identify GTM dependencies and coordinate with relevant teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level product management experience, comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional engineering and design teams.
