Senior Product Manager, New Products

About the role

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the New Products portfolio, starting with a strategic 0→1 initiative in the major giving space. You will own the end‑to‑end development of high‑impact fundraising tools for enterprise nonprofits, translating market insights into validated product hypotheses.

Key responsibilities

• Craft a concise investment thesis for the major giving bet based on existing research and new data.
• Identify and fill data gaps through primary interviews, secondary research, and vendor analysis.
• Maintain a single source of truth documenting thesis, decisions, and learnings.
• Build and iterate rapid prototypes using AI‑enabled tooling, delivering clickable flows and interactive demos within days.
• Validate hypotheses through three‑loop testing with major donors, gift officers, and internal stakeholders.
• Scale successful prototypes into the broader New Products portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading 0→1 product initiatives, preferably in SaaS or fintech.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize market research into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (C1+).
• Comfortable working in a distributed, fast‑moving team environment.
