Senior User Acquisition Manager – Meta & Web

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising for two dating products. You will own the full acquisition funnel, from app to web, and drive scalable growth while maintaining efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for both app and web funnels.
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize budgets, and improve ROI/CPA/CPI while scaling traffic.
• Develop and test growth hypotheses including new audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages, and creative angles.
• Collaborate with the creative team to research competitors, generate briefs, and evaluate creative performance.
• Build structured reporting and automate campaign management using rules, tools, and scalable solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, preferably in high‑volume B2C sectors such as dating, gaming, or entertainment.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of at least $100k, with the ability to scale up to $400‑$500k.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data tools (Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, internal analytics/CRM).
• Fluent Russian; English reading and writing sufficient for tool and documentation use.
