Service Desk Specialist

About the role

The Service Desk Specialist will work in a fast‑paced environment supporting VBET’s betting and gaming platforms. You will help minimise IT incident impact, improve processes and ensure a great user experience for customers across many jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and follow up work processes based on priorities, deadlines and shift schedules.
• Plan and allocate request resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Update the team on daily resolved critical and major incidents after each shift.
• Investigate, diagnose and provide corrective steps for all cases.
• Coach and mentor newly hired team members.
• Suggest optimisation of internal and external task processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Knowledge of gambling industry regulations, licensing requirements and cybersecurity protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a high‑pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Jira ticketing system.
• Advanced use of MS Office suite.
• Experience with corporate mailing systems.
• Ability to create and update knowledge‑base information.
