Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Enterprise Armenia is seeking a full‑time Social Media Marketing Manager to lead its digital presence. Based on‑site in Armenia, you will craft and execute social media strategies that showcase the agency’s investment promotion mission and attract international investors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage and maintain corporate social media accounts across all major platforms.
• Create, schedule and optimise content to maximise engagement and reach.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate initiatives into compelling digital narratives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and respond to audience interactions promptly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and emerging social media tools.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) expertise.
• Effective communication skills and experience in content strategy.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools.
• Experience managing corporate or institutional social media accounts, preferably in investment, economic development or public‑sector environments.
• Ability to produce clear, engaging content in English; knowledge of Armenian or other languages is a plus.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, International Relations or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
