Software Engineering Apprentice – DevOps

About the role

LunarTech is seeking a motivated Software Engineering Apprentice to join its DevOps team. You will work on production‑grade software that spans frontend interfaces, backend services, and the data pipelines that power AI‑enabled features. This apprenticeship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving deep‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and iterate on web product surfaces such as dashboards, internal tools, and customer‑facing applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs for authentication, data access, and workflow integration.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to support data pipelines and application data models.
• Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and developer experience.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and assist in operating deployed services.
