Studio Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Studio Manager to lead creative operations in a fast‑paced digital business. The role combines strong organisational abilities with the resilience to handle high‑pressure, rapidly changing priorities while supporting performance‑driven marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage creative intake, scope briefs, prioritize projects and allocate resources across designers, writers and multimedia specialists.
• Develop project timelines, set milestones, monitor daily progress and adjust allocations to meet delivery targets.
• Design and run rapid‑response workflows for time‑sensitive campaigns, including localisation and multichannel launches.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and brand consistency by integrating legal review steps and maintaining DAM standards.
• Forecast team capacity, lead stand‑up meetings and coordinate external freelancers or vendors when needed.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders, balance competing priorities and report operational metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑moving digital, performance‑marketing or creative‑agency environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills, calm under pressure and ability to adapt processes quickly.
• Performance‑focused mindset with a track record of meeting turnaround times and resource utilisation targets.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented attitude and strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
