Systematic Crypto Trader – Join Our Yerevan Team

About the role

We are looking for experienced systematic crypto traders to join our hybrid team based in Yerevan. Whether you operate as an individual or lead a team, you will run live, algorithmic strategies on centralized exchanges, manage external capital, and help scale our trading operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and optimise one or more systematic crypto trading strategies on CEX platforms.
• Own the development, testing, and maintenance of alpha signals, portfolio risk controls, and execution logic.
• Collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to refine models, improve latency, and scale infrastructure.
• Continuously evaluate performance metrics, conduct post‑trade analysis, and implement enhancements.
• Provide regular updates on strategy performance and risk exposure to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven profit‑and‑loss record from a live, systematic crypto trading strategy.
• Strong programming background, preferably in Python and/or C++.
• Hands‑on experience building and operating trading infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of centralized exchange (CEX) market structure and order‑book dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote research and engineering teams.
