About the role

The bank is looking for an Information Technology Service Administrator to join its IT team. The role focuses on maintaining the bank's local, data transmission and telephone networks, as well as supporting users and workstations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in tasks related to local, data transmission and telephone network operations.
• Maintain, repair and service peripheral equipment such as printers and counting machines.
• Provide first‑line support to end‑users.
• Install and support workstations across the organization.
• Execute additional duties assigned by internal regulations, decisions and orders.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably technical.
• At least one year of experience in the IT field within the last three years.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and related devices.
• Excellent Armenian and Russian language skills; technical English proficiency.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle repetitive and multiple transactions, and manage a heavy workload.
• Capability to operate in a regulated environment.
