Word and PDF Expert (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Word and PDF specialists to support our remote team in delivering high‑quality document solutions for a range of regulated industries. Your expertise will help train AI systems by providing accurate, real‑world document work.

Key responsibilities

• Review, edit, and format Word and PDF files to meet industry and client standards.
• Manage tracked changes, comments, and version control across large, complex documents.
• Create, edit, and populate dynamic forms and templates for professional use.
• Extract and consolidate data from Word and PDF documents with precision.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver confidential, timely document solutions.
• Implement document workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance projects.
• Train stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF features and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of intensive experience using Word and PDF tools in a professional setting.
• Advanced proficiency in document formatting, tracked changes, reviews, and markup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Master’s, PhD, or JD in a relevant field such as law, healthcare, academia, public policy, or finance.
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 or similarly complex, regulated environments.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote, deadline‑driven environment.
