Account Manager - SMS Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive our SMS (A2P and P2P) sales efforts. This full‑time remote position focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, expanding our messaging portfolio, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the SMS market.
• Manage a pipeline of prospects, conduct product presentations and demos.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with clients and partners.
• Coordinate onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution with technical and operations teams.
• Monitor account performance, analyse traffic and revenue data, and prepare regular reports.
• Propose optimisations to maximise customer value and profitability.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management experience, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation and closing.
• Knowledge of SMS, A2P/P2P messaging, VoIP or related communication services.
• Strong analytical abilities for working with traffic, margin and revenue data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Effective organisational and time‑management skills in a remote environment.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams across locations.
• Prior experience in telecom, messaging, SaaS or B2B technology sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
