B2B Sales Manager – Industrial & Composites

About the role

Rydena is building its European commercial footprint from the ground up and needs a proactive B2B Sales Manager to lead that effort. You will create the sales playbook, generate pipeline, and turn early‑stage opportunities into long‑term accounts across industrial, automotive, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cold‑outreach, qualify and convert new commercial opportunities within key European industrial, automotive and advanced manufacturing accounts.
• Build strong relationships with procurement, R&D and engineering leads at mid‑to‑large enterprises, acting as the primary link between customer needs and Rydena’s capabilities.
• Lead discussions and product demonstrations that show how Rydena’s prepregs improve manufacturing processes, performance and total cost of ownership.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach, sampling and technical validation to commercial negotiations, closing and post‑sale support.
• Gather market intelligence and feed it back to the manufacturing and R&D team in Armenia to refine product offerings.
• Help design sales frameworks, client engagement workflows and market strategies in a fast‑moving, resource‑constrained environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of successful B2B or technical sales experience in advanced materials, polymers, chemicals or composite manufacturing.
• Degree (BSc) in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business or a related technical/commercial field.
• Proven track record of opening new doors and driving revenue growth in industrial or automotive markets.
