B2B Support Specialist (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Support Specialist to join Softconstruct’s night‑shift team. You will be the first point of contact for our B2B partners, providing timely and accurate assistance through internal communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to partner inquiries promptly and accurately during the 1:00 AM‑9:00 AM shift.
• Maintain detailed records of all partner interactions and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose, investigate, and resolve reported problems.
• Follow internal B2B support processes and workflows, prioritising tickets based on urgency and impact.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate person in charge.
• Handle partner information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Stay informed about industry trends, news, and events.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with the job description and labour code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service, B2B support or technical support within the IT industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Accountable, reliable and professional attitude when dealing with B2B clients.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes.
