About the role
Ador LLC is looking for a B2C Sales Manager to join our doors showroom team, located in Garage Masters Mall.
Key responsibilities
- Consult customers and present door products professionally
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Manage the full sales process from inquiry to closing
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and long‑term relationships
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales (showroom or retail experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of doors or construction‑related products is a plus
