Key Customer Success Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Key Customer Success Manager to closely monitor and enhance the experience of its key clients across its social entertainment platforms. You will work remotely, collaborating with multiple internal teams to drive client retention and product engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Track and analyze user experience of key clients, identifying risks of churn and proposing retention strategies.
• Initiate improvements to the customer journey and develop programs that increase client activity on our products.
• Collaborate with content, IT, analytics, and support departments to achieve cross‑functional goals.
• Maintain clear, informative records of key client interactions and experiences.

Required profile

• Fluent English (additional Chinese or Spanish is a plus) with experience in an international client‑facing environment.
• Ability to handle time‑sensitive situations, strong attention to detail, and capacity to process large amounts of information quickly.
• Proactive, stress‑resistant mindset with strong problem‑solving and persuasive communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong computer proficiency, including Internet, G‑Suite, and Microsoft Office.
