Sales and Subscription Operations Assistant

About the role

This position supports the US‑based sales team from Armenia, handling day‑to‑day sales operations to keep the process organized and efficient. It is a high‑trust support role focused on accuracy, reliable communication, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the CRM with up‑to‑date accounts, contacts, opportunities, stages, next steps and notes.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, order forms and other sales documents using existing templates, checking pricing, part numbers, quantities and terms.
• Process orders, coordinate licensing, fulfillment and invoicing tasks.
• Schedule meetings and calls across Armenia and US time zones, and send agendas, recaps and follow‑ups.
• Generate simple weekly reports on pipeline, open quotes, stalled deals and missing documents.
• Research and update contact information as needed and act as the first point of contact for US salespeople via chat and email.
• Identify and flag issues early (incorrect pricing, expired quotes, missing POs, duplicate accounts) and suggest checklist improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (AUA preferred).
• Fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable communicating daily with US‑based salespeople.
• Strong attention to detail and a responsible work approach.
• Ability to work consistently during US‑overlap hours.
• Previous sales support, sales operations or administrative experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Experience with CRM systems, email, calendars and chat tools.
