Bilingual Project Manager – English & Russian/Ukrainian

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Project Manager to serve as the communication hub between English‑speaking customers and Russian/Ukrainian‑speaking field crews for a residential and commercial fencing provider. The role requires full professional fluency in English and high fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian to ensure accurate, real‑time translation of technical project details.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and field crews, confirming project details before execution.
• Provide live translation on phone calls and on‑site meetings, preserving intent and technical accuracy.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve roadblocks quickly without escalating to ownership.
• Document and communicate project updates, issues, and resolutions to all stakeholders.
• Maintain a professional, warm, and persuasive communication style with customers.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• High fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian, capable of interpreting complex technical conversations in real time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prevent misunderstandings.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM PST, with occasional Saturdays for calls or leads.
