About the role

The Bank is looking for an experienced leader to head its Business Process Management department. The role involves overseeing the department’s activities, improving banking processes, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and supervise the department’s daily work.
• Analyze and evaluate processes performed by department staff.
• Collect and prepare project documentation for cross‑departmental improvement initiatives and present them to relevant committees.
• Identify process gaps, propose corrective actions, and monitor implementation.
• Study new or modified processes from other units and provide positioning recommendations.
• Support digitalisation projects by researching processes and suggesting improvements.
• Monitor and analyse the practical application of implemented changes.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the financial‑banking sector, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset, objectivity, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Quick problem‑solving ability, adaptability to change, and knowledge of business ethics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with LSoft software.
