Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Compliance Monitoring and Oversight Team Lead to join SoftConstruct’s iGaming compliance unit. The successful candidate will drive continuous monitoring, testing and risk reporting across both B2B and B2C operations, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Direct continuous tracking, auditing and real‑time monitoring of regulatory workflows for B2B and B2C platforms.
• Design and maintain robust testing frameworks for compliance monitoring.
• Lead and supervise a dedicated team of compliance monitors.
• Identify potential compliance breaches or systemic gaps and develop corrective action plans.
• Report risk insights and findings directly to department leadership.
• Ensure immediate corrective actions are implemented to preserve operational integrity.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor in line with the job description and labor code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit, Finance, Business Administration or Law.
• 5‑7 years of experience in compliance monitoring, risk oversight or internal audit, preferably within the iGaming sector.
• Deep expertise in internal controls, risk management and compliance monitoring.
• Strong leadership abilities to manage testing processes and a monitoring team.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Armenian or Russian is a plus.
