Content Management Team Lead

About the role

The Content Management Team Lead will head Digitain’s product knowledge ecosystem, ensuring that all technical documentation, user manuals and operational guides are accurate, up‑to‑date and easily accessible. This role builds a scalable documentation framework that supports product usability and clear stakeholder understanding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an AI‑enabled strategy for product documentation and knowledge‑base management.
• Own, standardise and maintain product manuals, user guides and operational documentation.
• Design and improve documentation workflows, version control and update processes.
• Automate documentation and release‑note generation in collaboration with IT and product teams.
• Manage release and hot‑fix technical documentation processes.
• Maintain a centralized, searchable knowledge‑base and oversee translation/localisation.
• Analyse usage data to improve documentation accessibility and quality.
• Define and enforce documentation standards, templates and governance rules.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Plan tasks, prioritise workload, conduct team alignment meetings and support cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Philology, Linguistics, Journalism, International Relations, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of technical documentation, product manuals or knowledge‑base systems.
• Experience working with structured documentation and cross‑functional product teams.
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian (mandatory).
• High adaptability, strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Jira for task and workflow management.
• Familiarity with WordPress as a content management platform.
