Product Lead – Armenia

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Product Lead to drive its product strategy in Armenia. You will own the roadmap that aligns government health objectives with member experience, ensuring reliable delivery of health services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a product strategy that meets public‑health goals, coverage rollout targets, and contractual commitments.
• Lead cross‑functional product crews (designers, engineers) to deliver enhancements and new features.
• Collaborate with global product teams to adapt innovations for the Armenian B2G model.
• Partner with local operations, government relations, customer care, and the national health IT platform to align development with regulatory and operational readiness.
• Implement data‑driven decision‑making, using analytics to measure impact on member access, efficiency, and government trust.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and learning within the product team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, founding a product‑focused venture, or business strategy.
• Proven track record delivering complex, scalable systems.
• Experience working on software products in regulated or public‑sector environments.
