Corporate Lawyer (Mid/Senior)

About the role

Wise LLC is seeking experienced corporate lawyers to provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial and civil matters.

Key responsibilities

• Providing legal counsel and support on corporate, commercial, and civil law matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining corporate documentation for commercial and non‑commercial entities.
• Advising on labor, intellectual property, tax, civil, migration, and administrative matters.
• Conducting legal due diligence and providing risk assessments.
• Supporting clients in protecting and advancing their legal and corporate interests.

Required profile

• Completed university degree in law (Master’s degree considered an advantage).
• Strong understanding of civil and corporate law, including corporate governance, contractual relationships, labor law, intellectual property, tax, migration, and administrative matters.
• Fluency in Armenian and English (knowledge of French and Russian is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, legal research, and communication skills with close attention to detail.
• Readiness to prepare founding documents, charters, amendments, and board/shareholder resolutions.
