Corporate Lawyer (Senior, Middle, Junior)

About the role

Wise LLC is looking for corporate lawyers at senior, middle and junior levels. The lawyer provides legal advice and support on corporate, commercial and civil matters and prepares corporate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support on corporate, commercial and civil law matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain corporate documentation for commercial and non-commercial entities.
• Advise on labor, intellectual property, tax, civil, migration and administrative matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence and provide risk assessments.
• Support clients in protecting and advancing their legal and corporate interests.

Required profile

• Completed university degree in law; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken Armenian and English; knowledge of French and Russian is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, legal research and communication skills, with close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Understanding of civil and corporate law, including corporate governance, contracts, labor law, intellectual property, tax, migration and administrative matters.
• Ability to draft and review contracts accurately and clearly.
• Experience in, or readiness to learn, preparing founding documents, charters, amendments and board and shareholder resolutions.
