English Speaking Incoming Tour Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced English‑speaking Incoming Tour Manager to join our team in Yerevan. You will be responsible for creating and delivering seamless travel experiences that showcase Armenia’s rich culture and history to international guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and calculate detailed tour itineraries based on client and partner requirements.
• Create and develop itineraries for international partners.
• Coordinate with local guides, drivers, hotels and other suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage day‑to‑day email correspondence with partners and clients.
• Oversee tours on the ground, resolving any operational issues promptly.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Tour Manager.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with both international partners and local suppliers.
• Solid knowledge of Armenia’s tourist destinations, culture and logistics.
• Ability to work independently and handle time‑sensitive situations calmly.
