Experienced PHP Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our team. You will develop and maintain scalable web applications, contribute to technical decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications.
• Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, optimise, and improve application performance.
• Participate in architecture discussions and Agile development processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP 8+ and modern frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
