Fraud and Risk Management Expert

About the role

Team Group is looking for a Fraud and Risk Management Expert to join its Control Directorate. The role covers identifying, assessing and mitigating financial, operational and reputational risks, as well as preventing, detecting and investigating fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct centralized control to ensure compliance with fraud prevention and risk management policies.
• Develop and enhance fraud prevention policies, procedures and controls.
• Perform risk assessments and analyses for business processes, services and new projects.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, Security and other departments to improve risk management.
• Manage the implementation of procedures, directives and internal regulations across the Group's companies and prepare reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of information obtained during fraud and revenue-loss investigations.
• Analyze existing systems and optimize processes to minimize losses and maximize revenue.
• Develop and implement tools for measuring, monitoring and controlling revenue leakage.
• Plan and run preventive measures against potential losses and develop recommendations to strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian.

Required skills

• Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, internal audit or related areas is an advantage.
• Knowledge of mobile and fixed telecommunications networks, systems and equipment.
• Understanding of billing systems, fraud management systems, IT technologies and information security solutions.
• Knowledge of accounting regulations, legislation and regulatory requirements is an asset.
• Strong risk assessment, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational and leadership skills, and proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
