Full-Stack AI Engineer

About the role

Improvado is seeking a senior Full‑Stack AI Engineer to join its AI‑focused development team. You will work on core product features and AI agents within a data‑intensive marketing analytics SaaS platform, delivering reliable, high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage modern AI tooling (Claude, Claude Code, prompt engineering, agentic coding) to accelerate development and testing.
• Design, build, and scale AI agents that are reliable and production‑ready.
• Develop and maintain back‑end services using Node.js and front‑end interfaces with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Own complex features end‑to‑end, from concept through production.
• Improve system scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Write and maintain automated tests; ensure clean, well‑documented code.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to create intuitive interfaces.
• Optimize service performance for fast, responsive user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues; conduct code reviews.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand‑ups and sprint planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tooling such as Claude/Opus, Claude Code, and prompt engineering.
• Strong front‑end expertise in TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, and Webpack.
• Solid back‑end skills in Node.js (experience with Python or Java is a plus).
• Experience building large‑scale, data‑intensive systems.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced startup environments.
• Familiarity with functional components, hooks, Jest, and React Testing Library.
• Deep understanding of algorithms, design patterns, OOP, SOLID, DDD, and TDD principles.
• Proficient with Git and version‑control workflows.
