German Customer Support Representative (C1)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international team as a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative. You will be the main point of contact for German customers, handling inquiries, order issues and complaints via phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support through calls (currently outbound), emails and chats.
• Answer order‑related questions, modify or cancel orders, and resolve shipment delays or damaged products.
• Handle complaints, offer appropriate resolutions and escalate complex cases to the technical department.
• Report feedback, complaints and quality metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B1) – both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, active listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, be detail‑oriented and a team player.

Required skills

• Proficiency with G‑Suite.
