German Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join Mindy‑Support as a German speaking Customer Support Representative. This is a full‑time freelance position performed remotely, starting on 21 September 2026. You will work in a multilingual environment, providing outbound support and potentially handling inbound calls in the future.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via calls, emails, and chats.
• Answer general and order‑related questions.
• Handle customer complaints and deliver appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the technical department.
• Report feedback, complaints, and quality metrics to senior management.
• Perform other related customer service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1) and English at B1 level.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts after the probation period.
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.

Required skills

• Laptop with Windows 10 or 11.
• Minimum 6 GB RAM, Intel i5 CPU, 256 GB SSD.
• Headset with microphone.
