About the role

ServiceHub is hiring Customer Support Representatives to provide assistance for Imagine, an Irish broadband provider. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat during designated shifts.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support to customers through multiple channels.
  • Resolve client inquiries with clarity, empathy, and accuracy while maintaining detailed interaction records.
  • Multitask between systems and tasks, collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
  • Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Positive attitude, problem‑solving mindset, and mandatory customer service experience.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and shift schedules.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support tools.
