Group Tours Sales & Operations Director

About the role

The Group Tours Sales & Operations Director is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Armenia. You will lead the end‑to‑end sales and operational delivery of group tours, driving growth and ensuring high‑quality service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow the group tours business, increasing sales and revenue.
• Generate sales through OTAs, travel agencies, DMCs, hotels and other partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, guides, drivers and other partners.
• Plan and coordinate daily group‑tour operations, ensuring a high service standard.
• Handle operational issues and last‑minute changes efficiently.
• Monitor customer feedback, sales performance and operational costs, implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with management and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve the group tours product.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales and operations management experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or a related service industry.
• Proven team‑management capabilities, including coaching, performance management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills in English and Russian.
• Good knowledge of Armenia’s tourism industry and supplier network.
• Comfort with OTA platforms and CRM systems.
