About the role

The Partner Contract Relationship Analyst will manage and streamline contractual relationships with marketing partners, ensuring contracts are drafted, executed, and monitored effectively. The role also involves preparing reports and analysing the efficiency of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft new marketing contracts and ensure their timely execution.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms and generate related calculations and reports.
• Maintain communication with all partners to guarantee fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Contribute actively to the development of marketing plans, policies, and research projects.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing tools and present findings.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the direct manager and report identified issues.
• Review management decision drafts relevant to the role and propose improvements.
• Participate in programs aimed at enhancing professional qualifications.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance or a related field.
• Understanding of basic marketing and communication concepts.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication, creativity, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience using Google Apps such as Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
• Ability to handle large data sets efficiently and automate routine tasks.
