About the role

We are looking for a Customer Communications Officer to join our Yerevan office. The role involves managing databases, handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating email campaigns via Mailchimp and supporting the organization of trainings and seminars.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain client databases from provided sources and propose new data sources.
• Import data into Mailchimp using a specific Excel format and run regular email campaigns.
• Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls when needed, and greet visitors, trainees and other guests.
• Respond to inquiries received through the website and organizational email.
• Prepare participants for classes or seminars: confirm registrations, manage payments, gather logos and other required information, and provide final participant lists to the design team.
• Ensure training rooms are equipped with necessary materials, set up venues the day before or the morning of the event, and welcome participants on the day of the session.
• Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or client support.
• Experience in event coordination is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in English and Russian.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with email‑marketing platforms, preferably Mailchimp.
• Ability to organise multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
• Self‑motivated and proactive problem‑solving approach.
