Head of Marketing

About the role

Z&A Co Ltd, a leading retail group in the Caucasus, is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function in Yerevan. The role will shape brand perception, drive customer engagement and support commercial growth across its portfolio of premium fashion brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the marketing team and overall marketing strategy.
• Build and execute integrated marketing plans across multiple channels.
• Drive brand growth, customer engagement and commercial performance.
• Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
• Oversee PR, media relations and brand reputation.
• Analyze sales and marketing performance and translate insights into action.
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs and campaign performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, international brands and external partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within retail, fashion, luxury or premium brands.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Experience leading teams and managing marketing budgets.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of customer behavior, sales dynamics and brand development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills.
