Hospitality Software IT Specialist

About the role

Join HRS’s global service delivery team as a Hospitality Software IT Specialist. You will support a wide portfolio of hospitality‑focused IT products, helping hotels and related businesses implement and maintain innovative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Install and configure software for spa and hospitality environments.
• Provide telephonic, remote, and onsite support for IT products.
• Log and update support tickets in the internal call‑logging system.
• Research, isolate, and document root causes of issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Assist with occasional implementations, testing, and documentation creation.
• Test new software versions before release and troubleshoot any problems.
• Prioritise and manage multiple support cases according to severity and service level agreements.
• Coordinate support cases involving third‑party vendors.

Required profile

• IT background (preferable).
• Open‑minded, eager to learn inventory management and new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• English proficiency at B1+ level.

Required skills

• Oracle database knowledge.
• PostgreSQL database knowledge.
• SQL query writing.
• QA testing skills (advantageous).
