International Business Analysis Specialist

About the role

The International Business Analysis Specialist will support the monitoring and performance evaluation of the organisation's international lending, investment and fund‑attraction activities. You will turn complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, process, analyse, monitor and report data related to international lending, investment and attracted‑funds activities.
• Prepare periodic and ad‑hoc reports, analyses and informational materials for the international lending and investment portfolios.
• Monitor key performance indicators, limits, contractual requirements and other control indicators of the international lending portfolio.
• Analyse performance, profitability, portfolio structure, dynamics and key trends of international business areas.
• Participate in the development, enhancement and maintenance of consolidated management reporting and analytical tools for international business.
• Help develop methodologies, criteria and indicators for assessing and monitoring international business performance.
• Identify deviations and risks, providing relevant information and recommendations to mitigate them.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of financial statement analysis.
• Strong presentation abilities and proficiency with data‑visualisation tools.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Good command of English and Russian.
• Familiarity with statistical software and data‑analysis packages is a plus.
