Junior Product & Growth Manager

About the role

Bloomina, a premium floral gifting brand serving individual customers and corporate clients, is looking for a Junior Product & Growth Manager. The role suits an ambitious, high-potential person who does not need many years of formal product management experience but shows ownership, structured thinking, strong execution and quick learning. You will start close to the founder and gain independence as you deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap and turn business ideas and customer feedback into actionable initiatives.
• Lead the development and launch of new products, services and B2B offerings, and coordinate work between management, marketing, operations and external partners.
• Improve products, ordering, delivery and the overall customer experience.
• Define success metrics, evaluate launches and experiments, and analyze customer behavior, sales performance, competitors and market opportunities.
• Ensure initiatives move from idea to execution, measurement, documented learning and follow-up action, keeping priorities and progress organized.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, growth, marketing management, e-commerce or a similar ownership role.
• Ability to turn broad ideas into realistic execution plans and to take responsibility through to completion.
• Practical, hands-on style suitable for a growing business.
• Armenian fluency; English and Russian are strong advantages.

Required skills

• Understanding of how product, marketing, operations and customer experience drive growth.
• Confidence with business metrics, funnels, CRM systems and digital products.
• Project management, communication and coordination skills.
